The rate including simple breakfast such as toast, jam, drinks

Bunk twin room is availale for triple.

If you stay over 7 days, you can get 5% discount.

If you stay over 14 days, you can get 10% discount.

If you stay over 28 days, you can get 15% discount. (When you check-in, you should pay total amount)

But during the high season, the discount rate doesn't apply.

For the reservation confirm, you should pay at least 30% of total price and reconfirm your reservation,

please mail or call us with your arrival time 1 week before your arrival.

Otherwise your reservation will be cancelled without notification.

If you need to cancel your reservation, please e-mail us as soon as possible.

After check in, there is no refund in any reason.

One week before cancelation, you can get 100% refund 4days before cancelation, you can get 50% refund From 3days before, there is no refund.
